This one never ran in the Synapse. Most people didn't get it, and those that thought they got it, thought it was lewd. The thing sticking out of her belly is the kid's nose. Perineal massage is a method of stretching out the vaginal opening prior to the arrival of the baby's head in an attempt to avoid tearing. Add some imagination, and you should get this lousy cartoon.
This is one of my early attempts at shading using a grey colored pencil. Didn't like the look.
