UCSF amazes me by going backwards in time whenever it tries to upgrade the computer systems. Since this cartoon ran, it upgraded its incredibly slow PINE-based email system to webmail, which takes twice as long. It also installed about 30 Macs in the student library, which no one ever uses. Instead, everyone is on the PCs in the back of the room. Congratulations UCSF.
