A UCSF toxicology professor was giving us a lecture on poisons and flashed us an overhead of this cartoon, saying something like, "And this brilliant cartoon proves my point." When I shouted, "Thank you!" from the audience, he was shocked.
Apparently I am a stealth cartoonist.
