2002 One of the hardest things to get used to about OB is spending hours and hours caring about the baby's positioning, heart sounds, and status and then promptly handing it over to the pediatrician once it's born, only to turn back to the mom's crotch so you can pull the placenta out when it's ready. I think it's the best way to do it, but it's still weird. Pediatricians really have that look on their faces when they look at babies. |
