I have no idea how universal this fear is, but I felt it every time I delivered a baby. You have to really pull hard! I once knew a chiropractor who would show his patients pictures of babies going through C-sections, claiming that pulling them out by their heads through the surgical incision was ruining their spines for life. That guy should deliver a baby the natural way. Wow!
